Nestle Business Services in Lviv is announcing an opening for Business Process Automation Specialist.

Main responsibilities:

• Indicating automation opportunities in NBS Lviv;
• Design and coding applications in PEGA, K2, Sharepoint, VBA scripting, Blue Prism etc;
• Running tests of the designed applications;
• Incident resolution and improving existing applications per requests;
• Planning of implementing new technologies for business process automation;
• Analysis of business processes and preparing functional specifications for further automation;
• Coordinating cooperation with our providers of automation solutions;

Main Requirements:

• Preferable specialization: Mathematics, Statistics and Business Administration;
• Preferable experience with Macro;
• Proficient MS Excel level (Pivot Tables / Charts, Text to Columns, Remove Duplicates as well as day to day functions such as VLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, LEFT, RIGHT, MID, etc.;
• SAP FICO, SD or MM modules experience is a plus;
• Prior experience with managing a project is a plus;
• Developed curiosity and tend to be autodidact in order to search, find, read and learn about business processes and best practices;
• Analytical mind-set: ability to identify key issues and prioritize their resolution;
• Ability to elaborate and defend ideas, especially when they are in conflict / disagreement with stakeholders;
• Good communication skills combined with English upper-intermediate.
