Demand and Supply Planning Manager

Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of the Demand and Supply Planning Manager position in Kyiv.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Supply Chain activities and exchange information with relevant contact groups;
• Set stock level targets to ensure stock availability objectives met.
• Monitor and analyze inventory level, identify action items for improvement and take appropriate actions;
• Track the product's life cycle and inform the market functions in case of slow moving or obsolete stock;
• Ensure that demand forecast is updated and stable in 18 months horizon;
• Monitor and analyse demand plan accuracy to identify areas of possible improvements and take or propose corrective actions;
• Coordinate handling of Customer complaints;
• Control damage and spoilage write-off and destruction;
• Calculate, analyse and report the Supply Chain KPIs. Identify possible improvement areas and take/propose corrective actions;
• Take active part in Distribution Cost reporting;
• Analyse Distribution Expenses in all chains and take or propose corrective actions to optimize distribution cost;
• Support Management decision-making by providing simulated alternative supply scenarios and adjusting plans in case of unexpected changes, etc.

Main Requirements:

• University degree:
• 5+ years of experience in Demand and Supply Planning within a multinational company;
• Experience in logistics is a plus;
• Strong people management experience;
• Good command of English;
• Project Management skills, strategic thinking, excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Analytical skills, decision making capability;
• Committed and service oriented, pro-active and flexible attitude.
