You are:
Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel (SAP knowledge will be a plus)
Confident in English and French/German on at least Intermediate level
A great team player
A professional with customer-first mindset
Attentive to details
A fast- learner
Adaptable to change and cope in fast-paced environment
With you we will:
Work closely with Requestors, other E2E teams (Buyers, Accounts Payable etc.) to support ongoing activities;
Create and correct Purchase Orders (PO);
Check and solve parked and blocked invoices;
Prepare periodic and on demand reports and analytics concerning suppliers, spends, contracts, data consistency, etc.
