Our partner, the Europe’s largest automotive retail company is offering the unique possibility to join the team on one of key positions as Dealer network development manager
Functions:
- Development of the centralized investors’ database and individual investors’ profiles
- Coordination and control of the actualization of the essential information within dealer/service partner agreements
- Central contact person for CICD questions. Project management of dealer/service partner reconstruction programs
- Research the current UA market representation plus current open point locations. Create reports covering market data & demographics, optimal dealer locations considering presence of competition. Ideal dealer/service partner network planning
- Conduct monthly commercial reviews of the UA dealer/service partner network identifying operational concerns and formulating plans to work on to develop the network
- Manage regional network development and dealer headcount by developing, terminating and where necessary recruiting dealers/service partners
- Communication and business management reporting to OEMs and headquarters in all dealer network development related topics
Requirements:
- Masters’ degree, preferably in economics
- Advanced English. German would be an advantage
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, persuasive, resilient
- Relevant experience in wholesale/retail and business development
- Network management experience
- Personnel management experience
- Exceptional communication and presentational skills
