Finance Reporting Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Helping in preparation of daily, weekly and monthly management reports
• Performing financial reconciliation with vendors and performing inter-company
• Communication with external auditors on IFRS accounts and filling in reporting templates
• Other ad-hoc calculations
• Providing generalist support to other members of the finance team as required
• Taking part in formulation of accounting policy, internal rules, checklists, workload optimization

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance or auditing
• Advanced in Excel or other spreadsheets, good in 1C, SAP BI
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS
• Understanding of budgeting and cash management processes
• Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, CIA, CIPA, CFA, DipIFR) is a plus
• Organized person with an orientation on results rather than processes
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to details.
• Languages: Fluent spoken and written Ukrainian, Russian. English — Intermediate.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing financial information for different audiences.
• Ability to work as part of a team and able to think creatively and solve problems
