Trade Marketing Specialist for Lego Ukraine

The person on this position will be responsible for:

• Ongoing, daily support for Trade Marketing Manager in Kiev office,
• Cooperate with LEGO Marketing teams (Trade, Brand, Digital) in all countries to effectively execute the activations in off-line stores,
• Cooperate with local Ukrainian Sales team, incl. Key Account Managers and Field Manager,
• Local execution in all off-line channels - creation, production and delivery of all the necessary assets and POSM to obtain the key objectives set up by responsible manager,
• Deliver engaging materials to customers for off-line stores,
• Monitor the execution, prepare reports, analyze and draw conclusions,
• Management of local translation agencies,
• Management of local event agencies,
• Proofreadings’ (e.g. consumer catalogues, product names),
• Visiting stores to better understand the specific processes in all off-line channels,
• Support local Trade Marketing Manager in data reporting (preparing analysis, budget reports etc.).

 We are looking for candidates with:

• At least 2 years office work experience, preferably in marketing, trade marketing or sales support,
• Student (last years) or Bachelor’s Degree of marketing & management,
• Experience in working with creative agencies (briefing, coordination, execution)
• Fluent in analyzing data,
• Fluent verbal and written English,
• Very good Microsoft Office skills (Power Point, Excel),
• Self-driven, open minded, energetic and confident work style,
• Proactive and helpful,
• Very good organizational skills,
• Capable to work with many tasks and stakeholders at the same time,
• Personality with team spirit, who understands and takes advantage of the strength that is created by teamwork.
