Our client, one of the world leaders in the manufacture of electronics and home appliances, opens a competition for a vacancy of Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for all stages of recruitment and selection process, staring from a vacancy opening and till New Hire starting;
- Sourcing candidates by using direct search (job portals, social network etc) and Recruitment service providers;
- Screening candidates' resumes and job applications, shortlisting candidates in accordance to vacancy Job Profile requirements;
- Appointing and conducting remote and face-to-face interviews;
- Preparing and making Job Offers to finalists;
- Coordinating New Hires communication before 1st start day with relevant Parties;
- Providing coaching and problem-solving to internal Customers during entire Recruitment cycle;
- Recruitment reporting.
Requirements:
- University degree;
- 2+ years of full-time Recruiter experience (in house or in a recruitment agency);
- Upper-intermediate English;
- Good knowledge of full-cycle recruitment process in line with international practices;
- Professional and personal maturity, work efficiency, honesty and strong sense of responsibility.
