What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to create a long-term content strategy, plan the necessary steps and implement it with a newly formed content team. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of our customers in order to produce engaging and relevant content that improves customer engagement, build awareness, and ultimately drives sales.

Requirements:

•  3+ years of experience in content marketing or a related field (preferably for the USA or European markets)
• Experience in all aspects of content development: idea generation, researches, writing/editing, collaborating with designers, analysis of results
• Experience in creating a content strategy and content roadmap
• Experience with social media platforms
• Understanding of onpage and offpage SEO
• Deep knowledge in PR communication techniques and tools
• Understanding how to attract new customers using content marketing on the B2C market
• Advanced English — excellent written and verbal skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-starter attitude
• Ability to delegate and control the execution

It will be a plus:

• Experience with email marketing
• Experience with influencer marketing

Responsibilities:

• Develop content strategy and roadmap for all content marketing channels
• Directly manage content marketing initiatives across our site, blog, social media, email, and external/partner sites
• Manage content team: writers, editors, social media, and influencer marketing specialists
• Work closely with a PR agency to improve the efficiency of external placements
• Launch, analyze, and optimize email marketing campaigns
• Analyze the results of work, make suggestions for improvement
