Skills we are looking for :

• Advanced English (С1);
• Academic writing skills (knowledge of referencing formats, grammar, stylistics, and paper structure);
• Advanced PC skills;
• University Degree would be highly appreciated;
• Analytical skills;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Team worker and fast learner;
• Ability to make quick and clear decisions.

Your daily responsibilities will include :

• Dispute resolution between clients and freelance workers
• Granting/denying refund requests on a case-by-case basis
• Analytics and evaluation of contentious issues

• Working schedule: 20:00 - 4:00, 2 days off per week  (day offs are movable to any day of the week).
