Reinsurance Executive (handler)

UNIQA Insurance Company is one of the leaders of the insurance market of Ukraine, being part of UNIQA group (Austria) which is one of the largest insurance groups of Europe, invites to join its team as a Reinsurance Executive (handler) 

Duties: 

• Reinsurance documents processing and registration in the National Bank of Ukraine;
• Completing papers for reinsurance payments, payments check-out;
• Debit Notes issuance, incoming payments receipt control; 
• Conducting financial monitoring of Partners (Reinsurers), documents collecting;
• Communication with Partners (Reinsurers) on documents specification;
• Operation in Partner’s (Reinsurer’s) portals.

Requirements:

• Hold a university degree and equivalent qualification;
• English both written and spoken;
• Strong background dealing with Reinsurance operations at least for 2 years in a row within a multinational insurance company or international broker;
• Strong interpersonal and communication, problem solving skills;
• Experience in insurance and reinsurance regulations;
• Strong customer service and client facing experience.
