Objective:

Learning and acquiring new skills and knowledge in a particular field. Performing simple tasks while being supervised by a supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Studying the company’s services.
• Completing registration and banking forms.
• Interacting with registrars, banks, and other financial institutions, drafting contracts and other documents.
• Preparing invoice requests and initial documentation for deals.
• Communicating with foreign partners and preparing commercial proposals.
• Translating commercial proposals for clients.
• Preparing articles for the website.
• Analyzing competitors' market and commercial conditions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English (B2 and above).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks correctly.
• High degree of responsibility.
