ibis Styles Lviv Center hotel is searching for experienced Sales manager to join the team.
What you will be doing:
- The Sales Manager's mission is to primarily proactively seek for new contracts, maintain great relationship with existing clients and promote the hotel through all means.
- Direct all Sales and Marketing initiatives and activities for the hotel, that could potentially bring new contracts.
- Meet with & entertain supportive and potential clients in order to maintain or develop a mutually beneficial business relationship.
- Maintain regular contact with all clients and report any adverse comments to management for rectification.
- Review sales contracts and rates offers.
- Ensure the integrity of key accounts, the key prospect data base and monitoring of the sales software programs for accuracy and thoroughness

Your experience and skills include:
- Previous Sales experience required
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent both written and verbal English, Ukrainian and Russian
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable & proactive
- Knowledge of Lviv market
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Other foreign language knowledge will be an advantage
