Location: Remote

Job Type: Contract (Full-Time, Self-Employed Basis)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant of Corporate Administrator to join our team specialising in offshore companies. This role is crucial for supporting our Corporate Administrator in managing and maintaining the legal compliance of our clients' offshore entities. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of international business practices, particularly in jurisdictions known for offshore company formations. Relevant on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the incorporation, administration, and dissolution of offshore companies across various jurisdictions.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all client companies, including registers of directors and shareholders, minute books, and other statutory records.
  3. Prepare and file annual returns and other statutory documents required by relevant authorities.
  4. Coordinate with legal, accounting, and tax advisors to ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
  5. Handle client inquiries regarding company management, compliance issues, and changes in corporate structure.
  6. Assist in opening bank accounts, including preparing and submitting the necessary documentation and liaising with banks.
  7. Coordinate and prepare documents for board meetings and shareholder meetings, including agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
  8. Support the Corporate Administrator in managing client portfolios, ensuring timely billing, and following up on receivables.
  9. Stay informed of changes in legislation and best practices related to offshore company administration.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field is preferable.
  • Experience in corporate administration, particularly with offshore companies, is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with international business practices and offshore jurisdictions is an advantage.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in various offshore territories is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.
