We are looking for a talented IT Recruiter to join our team!
This is a full-time or part-time, permanent position available in Lviv.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 1,5+ years of IT recruitment experience;
- Understanding of full recruitment life cycle;
- Ability to use a wide variety of tools to recruit talent;
- Knowledge of Boolean Search and X-ray search;
- Work experience in screening, and interviewing candidates;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Responsible, result-driven, attentive to details;
- At least intermediate English level.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Writing and posting vacancies on job sites and social networks;
- Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using different channels (LinkedIn, Djinni, job portals, Boolean Search, etc.);
- Screen candidates’ resumes, conduct HR interviews, give feedback to candidates;
- Organization of technical interviews;
- Preparing and negotiating offers with candidates;
- Supporting and communicating with the candidates until the first day;
- Providing statistical and analytical information about the recruitment process.
