ByteAnt is looking for a BizDevManager to:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Execute tactical and strategic project and program development plans for existing and new clients in order to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Approach prospective customers with personalized and relevant messages to build trust and turn prospects into customers;
- Generate leads from different sources, build and conduct sales campaigns to generate new leads;
- Business trips - be ready to travel often and face your leads during roadshow campaigns;
- Arrange business chats and/or calls with prospective clients
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide market leadership as a subject matter expert
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent English speaker
- 2+ years of IT sales experience;
- Proven successful history of closed deals for large and mid-size enterprises
- Understand the market and peculiarities in IT sales: outsourcing, outstaffing, developments methodologies, different sales cycles concerning client types;
- Understand sales techniques and sales channels
- Understanding the software development lifecycle
- Ability to search and find information about clients using different sources;
- Active sales and follow-up skills, including project proposals preparing;
- Good sales and business development skills
- Strong understanding of marketing/acquisition channels, business models and monetization flow
- Strong negotiator & deal closer while being flexible in communication
