ByteAnt is looking for a BizDevManager to:

 

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Execute tactical and strategic project and program development plans for existing and new clients in order to achieve revenue targets
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
  • Approach prospective customers with personalized and relevant messages to build trust and turn prospects into customers;
  • Generate leads from different sources, build and conduct sales campaigns to generate new leads;
  • Business trips - be ready to travel often and face your leads during roadshow campaigns;
  • Arrange business chats and/or calls with prospective clients
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Provide market leadership as a subject matter expert

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent English speaker
  • 2+ years of IT sales experience;
  • Proven successful history of closed deals for large and mid-size enterprises
  • Understand the market and peculiarities in IT sales: outsourcing, outstaffing, developments methodologies, different sales cycles concerning client types;
  • Understand sales techniques and sales channels
  • Understanding the software development lifecycle
  • Ability to search and find information about clients using different sources;
  • Active sales and follow-up skills, including project proposals preparing;
  • Good sales and business development skills
  • Strong understanding of marketing/acquisition channels, business models and monetization flow
  • Strong negotiator & deal closer while being flexible in communication
