Technical support representative (2-3 level)

Mindy Teams is a part of the international brand Mindy Support (BPO market leader in Ukraine, Artificial intelligence and Machine learning) with over 2000 people in 5 offices across Ukraine. We empower businesses all over the world through providing remote assistants and outsourced teams specialized in data collection and processing, customer support, agile sales and marketing support, and a lot more.

We are looking for a Technical support representative for our client, who is running a full stack Machine Learning operating system.

Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 6 PM - 9 AM (floating working time, 9 hours a day)

Requirements:

• Experience in software fields or have a technical background (preferbly in DevOps) ;
• Knowledge of MacOs/Linux/Python/Jira will be a big plus;
• English at B2 level;

Responsibilities:

• Tech support via chat/ calls/ zoom meetings;

• Onboarding of new agents in the future.
