Business Process Manager

We invite Business Process Manager to join our Headquarters team in Kyiv to improve corporate performance by optimizing and managing the business process of our company.

You will:

• Design, develop, implement, control and monitor business processes within our company; 

• Map existing process, design new ones and implement them into our BPM system;

• Analyze information, collect data, research processes, and participate in meetings with other departments;

• Ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with company goals;

• Bring innovation into business processes with the aim of positively impacting the results obtainable from the business process;

• Engage team to implement and follow processes. 

Requirements:

• Previous experience with the same responsibility zone or position;

• Ability to design, carry out analysis, and model business processes;

• Ability to establish and govern business process towards excellence performance;

• Must have a business view and vision of the big picture;

• We expect you to react very fast to rapid changes;

• Strong communication skills;

• Familiarity with BPM tools;

• Strong analytical and critical thinking;

• Upper English would be an advantage;

• Previous experience with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 would be a great advantage.
