Legal counsel (Киев)

We empower businesses all over the world through providing remote assistants and outsourced teams specialized in data collection and processing, customer support, agile sales and marketing support, and a lot more.

Now we are looking for an experienced and systematic Legal counsel 

You will be responsible for:

• Providing strategic and effective legal advice across all our core business activity
• Legal support for business of companies at the levels of Ukrainian and International businesses
• Building corporate governance between Ukrainian companies and non-resident companies of the group
• Making commercial and civil contracts with their legal expert assessment
• Communicating with business partners via email/phone/in person
• Preparing corporate documentation
• Checking counter-parties, lawfulness of their actions, assessing risks of cooperation
• Working with a large number of individuals and legal entities
• Keeping track of current laws, implementing changes in laws into company operations
• Appealing tax rulings in court
• Consulting staff and management in civil and business law
• Creating, analyzing, signing of contracts, including foreign trade contracts
• Making sure that marketing materials are compliant with current laws and regulations
• Protecting company interests on social media and other internet platforms

Requirements:

• Higher legal education
• Work experience at the same position over 5 years (international or IT company is preferred)
• Working knowledge of employment laws
• Knowledge and understanding of Ukrainian tax systems
• Very flexible and able to understand business and quickly response to needs and requests
• Knowledge of English - Advanced
