Warranty manager Aftersales

Responsibilities:

• Dealer network consulting regarding warranty topics and recall campaigns Implementation of the warranty instructions according to the manufacturer's recommendations
• Analysis of the warranty statistic from the dealer network
• Warranty inspection and control of damaged parts
• Revision of warranty documents and audit of warranty process of the dealer network
• Business trips to audit of dealers are possible

General requirements:

• Higher education (Technical or Economical) 
• Ukrainian, English are obligatory,  level Intermediate or higher, German is an advantage
• Driver's license category "B", min. experience 2 years 
• Advanced PC user (MS Office)
• Deep knowledge of vehicle structure
• Expertise in customer protection law and legislative base are advantages
• Experience in VW Group aftersales is an advantage
