Procurement Project Manager

Objectives of the job:

• Ensuring an optimal procurement of deliveries and services taking into account the interests of PHS ;
• The achievement of optimal procurement conditions (price, quality, service, innovation)
• Implementation of local or regionally bundled procurement projects;
• Active cooperation with international purchasing: projects, project ideas, finding synergies, reporting.;
• The creation of process and legal security in purchasing, taking into account the compliance requirements and interests of PHS;

General requirements:

• Graduate degree in economic branches;
• at least 3 years of experience in a comparable position, ideally strategic purchasing;
• an excellent communicator in German and English (presentations, negotiations, reporting;
• Advanced PC user skills (data management and processing, very good Excel skills);
• Skills in strategic purchasing (finding potential, process optimization, market, cost and price data analysis, strategic negotiation, contract management);
• Personal qualities: accuracy and reliability, analytical and structured way of working - focus on the essentials.
