Poster POS is a B2B SaaS company. We're building a cloud point-of-sale and inventory management platform for the hospitality and food service industries. Who we're looking for

We are looking for a Content Writer to join our Onboarding Team. You will localize and create content in English for a wide variety of projects, from product launch campaigns and knowledge base articles to UX. Your job will be to make people excited about Poster and help them understand how our product works.

Must-haves

• Fluent English (C1, C2), excellent grammar, writing, and editorial skills.
• 2+ years of experience in English content writing.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to explain a complicated product in simple language.
• The ability to work in a growing, fast-paced company and manage several projects at once.
• Great problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills.
• Competent with online work and communication tools: G Suite, Trello, Notion, video conferencing, etc.

You will

• Write and edit texts for feature announcements, user onboarding campaigns, guides and whatever else gets thrown your way.
• Localize UX content for Poster's interface.
• Constantly improve our English language knowledge base.
• Collaborate with all of Poster's teams to guarantee a consistent, integrated customer experience.
• Prepare the texts for further localization to other languages.
• Become a Poster POS expert, who's always up-to-date on our product and processes.
