Manager – dispatching

Looking for energetic specialist in Leadership position with 2 years’ experience in the freight business – dry van and flatbed / step deck business.

HR experience is a plus

Candidate must have a business mind.

Responsible for building highly skilled dispatchers/ sales team. Negotiations and bidding for long term business opportunities and contracts. 

Monitoring daily duties of dispatchers.

Preparing the operations gross plan and control off effective execution of plan.

Responsible for the overall  productivity and efficiency measurements related to dispatching the company fleet.

Coordinate with supervisions to resolve driver issues and prevent service failures.

Responsible for driver and dispatcher retention.
