CFO / Chief Financial Officer

International pharmaceutical company is looking for Chief Financial Officer to support business in all finance and accounting issues and lead team (4 people in direct subordination. Reports directly to GM)

Main requirements:

• University degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting working in a multinational commercial environment (pharma is a plus)
• 3+ years of managerial experience
• Fluency in English, oral and written
• Strong knowledge and experience with P&L management; with IAS/IFRS, along with in-depth experience in preparation of statutory financial/tax reports. Transfer pricing.
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work well under pressure; strong problem solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent inter-personal skills and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
• Proven leadership skills

Main responsibilities:

• Set and implement the company's financial strategy. Work with GM to build financial direction
• Lead all financial activity and processes (budgeting, financial modelling, forecasting, reporting, accounting, P&L management, equity and debt financing and investment relations)
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance in running the Financial/Accounting team
• Leading accounting and auditing strategy
• Ensure strong control over financial accounting and reporting
• Ensure that Reporting data are compliant to company's standards
• Ensure that Tax accounting processes are in place (VAT, CPT, other relevant taxes) in line with requirements of local legislation
• Commitment to company financial ethics
