Quality Control Specialist (Pharmaceutical, relocation to Slovenia)

Korean pharmaceutical company Wooshin Labottach (www.wooshinmed.com/en/) is looking for a QC, who will be responsible for the manufacturing process of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and help develop the manufacturing plants and design pharmaceutical products in Slovenia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To produce and maintain GxP (GMP/GDP) and quality compliance related SOPs and ensure compliance with these SOPs;
•  Responsible for storing and distribution of master documents (SOPs);
  
• Support to maintain and continually improve ongoing compliance with the overall quality;
• Procurement of reagents, standards, and glassware;
• Oversees overall day-to-day work operations in the laboratory; involving in in-house and external material and product testing, associated support laboratory functions, and ensures completion of the documentation in accordance with GMP and GLP;
• Monitoring and trending QC data, complete routine record review of test data and related documents for in-process testing, material, and product testing and stability testing;
• Control of equipment validation, maintenance, and calibration;
• Managing OOS/OOT and other deviations;
• Managing of Change controls and CAPA;
• To control incoming shipments of starting materials from QC perspective, management of internal labels for material and assigning of WL LOT No. for materials;

• Handling and control of Analysis instruments (HPLC, GC, IR, UV, TOC, etc.);

• Involvement in internal projects;
• Regular communication and reporting to management;

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Pharmaceuticals Sciences, Chemistry or Biology or equivalent;
• Relevant industrial experience in the QA/QC over 3 years;
• Fluency in English (CEFR - B2, C1, C2)
• Knowledge of Korean language will be a great plus
• Proactive, with strong communication and management skills
