Business Analyst (Ukrainian Market)

We are looking for a talented Business Analyst with Product vision!

You will:

• Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders;
• Analyze market and customers needs;
• Create and describe features from scratch and work with existing features improvements;
• Elaborate with the design and marketing teams to create UI/UX for features;
• Work with different platforms - Web and Mobile;
• Perform the decomposition of cross-functional tasks between teams (FE, Mobile, BE, Design);
• Expand and detail complex BRD and describe detailed Use-Cases/User Stories with the help of PO;
• Manage Backlog;
• Work with technical documentation.

Skills to shine:

• years of experience in system or business analysis;
• Experience in writing technical documentation;
• Experience with key BA technics (interview, workshop, document analysis, estimation, mind mapping, etc.);
• Understanding of agile development processes (e.g. Scrum) and proactive participation as BA in such process;
• Upper-Intermediate English level (written/spoken);
• Understanding of web protocols, messaging protocols and web data formats: HTTP, TCP, SOAP, WSDL, JSON, etc.;
• Strong analytical and system thinking skills.
