Betinvest Ltd is a leading provider of digital solutions to the sports-betting and gaming industry, supporting both online and land-based operators.
We are looking for an Account manager to replenish our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication with customers and solving organizational and technical issues arising from the client.
- Maintain documentation for the customer ( the Agreement, NDA, SLA, INVOICE, etc.)
- Management of internal communications with the IT department to address the requests of customers and improvements Software.
- Control of timely customer payments and preparation of monthly reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years of working experience Account manager;
- Experience in IT support for customers;
- The ability to apply a systematic approach to the tasks;
- Advanced PC user;
- Good communicator, the ability to quickly navigate the client's needs ;
- Good organizational skills, goal orientation.
