A day in the life of Social Media Engagement Specialist

• Manage brand/corporate assets on Facebook and Twitter: engage with consumers, respond to questions, complains inquiries and praises;
• Cooperate closely with brand/corporate communications team, with agencies that create content for the page;

To be successful in this position you have to possess the following skills:

• University degree (preferably in communication or philology field);
• Good communication skills and analytical skills;
• Proficiency in German (Upper-intermediate: spoken and written) and English (Intermediate: spoken and written).
