Sales Assistant

Lugera Ukraine is currently looking for a specialist with an entrepreneurial mindset who want to start a career in HR with advancement opportunities. A sales assistant will play an important role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Reestablish relationships with clients who worked with the company in the past
• Uncover potential businesses opportunities
• Continuously expand knowledge on new and upcoming HR solutions
• Manage monthly mail campaigns
• Achieve assigned monthly individual revenue targets
• Follow up with clients on overdue payments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Prior B-2-B sales experience is preferable
• Well-organized with highly effective time and activity management skills
• English - B1+
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer relations skills
• Excellent PC and internet skills with a strong understanding of MS Office
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
