Customer Support Specialist

Eurosender, a leading digital platform for booking logistics services in Europe, is looking for Customer Support specialist (English + 1 European language).

You will:

• do whatever it takes to provide the best service to customers;
• record details of customer's comments, inquiries, and complaints in order to build and develop FAQs;
• keep a close and continuous contact with our partners, the courier service providers;
• process orders on a daily basis and mediate the communication between courier companies and customers by telephone.

Requirements:

• experience at the same position at least 1 year;
• advanced English;
• advanced other European language.
