- Monitoring social channels for social consumer care
- Analysis incoming messages/posts/tweets
- Ensuring relevant consumer messages/posts/tweets are replied to
- Reporting on social channels performance
- Maintaining social content calendar; publishing content on social channels
Skills required:
- Advanced/Fluent English - minimum C1 strong (listening comprehension, oral and written language proficiency) with the ability to decipher nuances in tone and slang
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Journalistic, PR, Marketing or SMM background (preferred)
- Photoshop (preferred)
