Head of Operational Marketing

Euralis Semences is a part of the French agricultural group Euralis. After being founded by farmers in the south-west of France as early as 1936, the Euralis Semences has grown to become the leading seeds company in Europe. Its research programs are destined to 5 main species: maize, sunflower, sorghum, soybean and rapeseed.

The company announces a vacancy of Head of Operational Marketing.

As Head of Operational Marketing you will:

• Ensure work of communication team in accordance with Company Guidance.
• Define marketing communications strategy
• Lead the Regional Marketing team in close cooperation with the Regional Heads of Sales' teams.
• Plan and budgets of all necessary advertising materials based on the national campaigns, other marketing and sales needs.
• Coordinate with Global and country marketing teams to provide high-level content of advertising materials in correspondence with campaign needs and customer value proposition.
• Supervise development and operation of loyalty program, drive up participation rate and value generation for the Company.
• Manage external agencies in accordance with Company Guidance.
• Coordinate all processes of marketing communication group.
• Develop and adopt events' standards.
• Build up the process to monitor, analyze and maximize the effectiveness of all events.
• Build up the process to consolidate all media planning, placement and analysis.
• Build up the process to consolidate all marketing campaign plans and analyzing the effectiveness of its elements.
• Co-marketing with distributors' standards development.
• Participate in brand positioning and message creation for new products - marketing communication input.
• Budget planning and control.

Requirements to the candidates:

• Higher education in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Not less than 5 years of experience in Operational/Customer Marketing in Agriculture.
• Excellent strategic thinker, able to appropriately balance long term and short-term objectives.
• Clear, effective and persuasive communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability for cross-functional cooperation.
• Excellent leadership and flexibility to adapt to a changing business environment.
• Proficiency in English not lower than upper-intermediate.
• Experience in managing people.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects in a matrix organization environment.
