UA Representative Offfice operationally reports to Istanbul Opertational Center. In the framework of the restructuring of the Ukrainian representative office, it is seeking suitable professionals for the following position.

Job Summary:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global pharmaceutical company as Commercial Manager operating in Ukraine. This role is based in Kiev and offers great career prospects.

Primary Responsibilities;

  • Managing the relationships with customers operating in the sectors and developing new customer portfolio,
  • To provide the right products, services and solutions by analyzing customer expectations correctly,
  • Increasing regional sales and gross profitability in line with the market perception and company insight in commercial customers,
  • Will be able to support the management of the company in the operation and organization of the sales and distribution processes.
  • To provide penetration in line with the marketing targets of the company and to determine the points to be made in this direction
  • Review and approve ordering process of the wholesalers and other local partners for distribution and subdistribution
  • Collaborate with marketing executives to ensure that new products reach the right markets at the optimal time.
  • Determine what goods sell best to commercial businesses and consumers.
  • Overall stock management and management of the products supply process from warehouse to wholesalers.
  • Ensure inventory maintains optimal levels.

Skills & Requirements

- Experience in retail management, pharma and pharmaceutical distrubition company

- Experience in managing sales team ideally in pharma

- Ideal candidates will have medical background. Business degree is plus

- 2 years’ experience as manager in relevant industry

- Exceptional negotiation skills

- Aware of merchandising concepts

- Good in people management and able to lead a team than to manage them

- Hands on in her/is coaching and guidance

- Result oriented and sales driven personality

- Good understanding of supply chain mechanics in retail sales and distrubition.

- Satisfactory insights of consumer behavior in retail channels

- Have a very winning can do attitude with positive thinking

- Ideal candidates will have experience in change management

- Able to multitask with high sense of urgency
