International Product Manager


An international research based pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced International Product Manager for its growing organization. As a member of international management team you will be responsible to create global marketing strategy for company portfolio. This position will work closely to local managements and marketing teams and take an important role in the management of key marketing activities in all operating countries.


Base Location: Kiev - Ukraine



  • Lead business research projects to answer key questions, informing product development and launch.
  • Manage launch processes of new products.
  • Create Marketing Strategy and develop all scientific marketing and promotional contents on global base and follow-up local implementations in several countries
  • Keep abreast of key trends and market developments in the relevant market segments and facilitate engagement with key opinion leaders.
  • Develop/maintain rolling product roadmap to support sustainable category leadership.
  • Develop business plans and financial analysis for new product development, sustaining and product life cycle management.
  • Direct R&D and cross-functional product teams with product/market requirements based on deep market insight derived from customer emersion, market research and key market trends.
  • Work closely with clinical and medical affairs team to develop product validation plans and proof points for adoption.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to support the achievement of category revenue and operating plans.
  • Work closely with local sales force teams to ensure product expertise and customer service excellence for the portfolio.
  • Other duties as may be assigned on Project base


  • Bachelor's degree in medical sciences, marketing, business, or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in product management in pharmaceutical industry, preferably urology/gynecology and neurology areas.
  • English - upper-intermediate level;
  • This person must have experience as a Field Force trainer for pharmaceutical products
  • Experience in new product launch required; experienced in innovative pharmaceutical or herbal medicine.
  • Deep and broad product marketing expertise, including customer insight, marketing strategy, and innovation management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and ability to facilitate large group meetings to a successful outcome.
  • Strong multi-tasking ability and comfort with leading initiatives across multiple areas at the same time.
  • Proven ability to influence others, including those globally dispersed, in other functions, and in more senior positions.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time, including domestic and international.
