One Hour Translation is recruiting a Customer Support Representative in Kiev, Ukraine.

As a Customer Support Representative you are responsible to provide exceptional customer support to our customers. The Customer Support Representative is the direct point of contact for both the customers and translators, making sure we provide timely and successful delivery of our services.

Description of work:

Provide customer support by email, phone and chat.

Requirements to candidate:

English fluency required (reading and speaking).

Native or near-native English speakers preferred.

Command of other languages - an advantage.

Customer support experience - an advantage.

Basic technological knowledge (Office, Internet etc.)

BA degree or higher
