Media-buyer (sales and accounting)

In connection with a new project development and staff extension, employees are needed.

Required knowledge and skills:

• English - Upper-Intermediate (written and spoken)
• Good communication skills (negotiating with English-speaking clients)

Will be an advantage:

• M/W 20-30 years
• Experience in digital marketing area at media buying, account management or sales positions
• Overall understanding of digital advertising ecosystem. Experience with affiliate marketing, SSPs, DSPs, Exchanges and RTB platforms would be fantastic
• A database of established website contacts will be a priority

Main responsibilities:

• Find, evaluate and negotiate deals with potential publishers
• Develop healthy and friendly relationships with the clients
• Acquire new online ad spaces
• Set up, monitor and manage delivery of ad campaigns
• Provide publisher's account optimization and maintenance along with overall performance analysis for clients
