Account manager

Required Skills:

• English - upper - intermediate or higher
• Higher education
• Experience in drafting contracts with customers, invoicing

Will be are plus :

• +2 years of experience as an account manager
• Understanding the cycle of agreeing contracts and terms
• Understanding of accounting documents

Personal qualities:

• Negotiating skills, ability to listen and understand clients
• Ukrainian and Russian - advanced, good written and spoken skills
• Self-organized
• Responsibility
• Ability to prioritize
• Ability to solve conflicts

Responsibilities:

• Take part in pre-sale with a new project or client
• Identification of client needs and problems
• Timely inputs of payment to a billing
• Timely cost data transmission to finance department
• Drawing up presentations and reports
• Drawing up contracts for clients and additional agreements
• Control of invoicing and timely payments
• Remaining amount with finance department
• Assist with contracts (communication with clients, sales & finance)
• Insertion the coordinated conditions to a billing
