Clinical Pharmacist (remotely)

We are Front Desk Helpers - USA IT company, working as a remote support office with various services. Currently, we are looking for a competent Clinical Pharmacist for a New York clinic, who will ensure rational and effective medication use. You will perform various functions through collaborative drug therapy management. Down below, you can find more details about responsibilities and our desired requirements. 

Requirements:

• English - Upper-Intermediate/Advanced;
• Experience working with the USA pharmaceutical market will be advance 
• Own computer and stable internet connection;
• Proven experience as a pharmacist
• Excellent understanding of pharmaceutical therapy and direct patient care
• Solid knowledge of drug administration and health & safety guidelines
• Working knowledge of computers
• Team player with outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
• Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making
• Strong professional ethics 

 Responsibilities:

• Review records of patients to determine the appropriateness of medication therapy
• Develop effective medication plans that minimize the risk of adverse side-effects
• Consult on dosages, medication substances, etc.
• Advise on the correct administration of drugs
• Assess the results of pharmaceutical treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Keep accurate documentation of medication plans and patient progress

 Schedule:

Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm according to New York time zone (Mon-Fri 16:00-00:00 according to Kyiv time zone)
