On-call coordinator (remote)

We are a company based in New York, USA. Looking for a candidate for on-call coordinator in American home care agency.

Our requirements:

• English (Intermediate-Advanced) // Russian (Native-Fluent) 
• Excellent computer skills
• Professional Phone Etiquette
• Ability to multitask and prioritize

Schedule:

Thurs - Fri 06.00 pm - 11.00 pm, Sat-Sun * 03.00 pm - 11.00 pm New York time (Thu -Fri 01:00am - 06:00am, Sat-Sun 10:00pm - 06:00am Kiev time zone).

Responsibilities:

• Control nannies on their visits to patients in CRM system
• Talk to patients & assist in resolving any questions they have
• Call hospitals & insurance plans in case 
• Send message via email to company departments
• Look for a replacement of a nanny in case of need
