O&M Plant Manager (Renewable Energy)

We are looking for an O&M Manager for our client - one of the global leaders in the renewable energy and infrastructure which is expanding its business activities to Ukrainian market. The mission of this position is operative asset management and O&M activities responsible. Ensure the optimal PV plants performance following the maintenance strategy defined by the Production Dept. Compliance with safety standards, and reach the targets set by Production Dept. in terms of availability, production and costs. Maintain the assets in perfect condition and extend its lifetime, ensuring quality in operations, respect and care of the environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision and monitor of maintenance activities following the company standarts.
• Ensure that the activities are performed in compiance with all the applicable regulatory framework, contracts and manufacturers requirements.
• Able to analyze the plant performances and to suggest, develop and implement improvements, procedures and services in accordance with Production department.
• Procedures monitoring, knowledge and communication to contractors, monitoring of maintenance plans, retrofits.
• Manage O&M contracts. Control the execution of the technical activities and monitor them. Replanning when appropriate. Understanding and explaining possible deviations.
• Optimal management of spare parts in the facilities and purchase of materials supporting with: specifications, justifications and requests.
• Cooperate in preparing necessary documents for the optimal performance according to criteria established including procedures, standards, instructions and updates.
• Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements to Production and third parties. KPI reporting.
• O&M contacts management.
• Budgeting.
• Responsible for HSE compliance in accordance with local law, company policies and best practices.

Required profile:

• Mechanical / Electrical Engineer
• Minimum 3 years' of experience in O&M energy production plant.
• Additional training: O&M and operative energy plants management. Knowledge of energy sector.
• Languages / Level: Ukrainian and English / High. Spanish would be a plus.
• Availability to travel.
