IT Recruiter

The American IT company VARTEQ with offices in Ukraine (Kyiv) is looking for a recruiter.
We are looking for people who will become part of our team and will conduct effective interviews.

This job might be a good fit for you if you have:

- 1+ years of work experience as an IT recruiter
- Excellent performance and introspection
- Knowledge of psychology’s basics, ability to understand people, high level of empathy
- Stress resistance
- Openness, friendliness, excellent communication skills
- Planning skills
- English: Intermediate

What you'll do:

- Search for the candidates
- Conduct an initial interview and testing
- Provide a process of employees’ support and control during a trial period
- Create a cozy atmosphere in the team
