Фахівець з впровадження цифрових навчальних центрів/ Education Assistant

Save the Children International — гуманітарна організація з понад 100-річною історією. Save the Children була заснована у травні 1919 року в Лондоні. 

SCI працює в Україні з 2014. Починала свою роботу на території Донецької області. В теперішній час SCI розширює свою діяльність на вісім міст України, і Харків є одним із них. 

Ми працюємо в напрямках освіти, захисту дітей, подолання дитячої бідності, охорони здоров’я, а також проводимо адвокаційну діяльність, пов’язану із захистом прав дітей.

Роль Фахівця з впровадження цифрових навчальних центрів  полягає в тому, щоб використовувати нові та існуючі технології для зміцнення та впровадження інновацій у програмуванні в усіх секторах, тісно співпрацюючи з технічними консультантами програм, менеджерами та персоналом Центрів цифрового навчання.

Основні обов’язки:

• Підтримувати своєчасне впровадження цифрових навчальних центрів (DLC), гарантуючи, що послуги надаються вчасно, в рамках бюджету та відповідно до правил донорів. 
• Тісно співпрацювати з регіональною освітньою командою Save the Children та місцевими партнерами з впровадження для підтримки розгортання цифрових навчальних центрів.
• Забезпечити технологічну підтримку та нарощування потенціалу для створення та управління цифровими навчальними центрами.
• Розвивати та підтримувати особисті зв'язки та ефективні відносини з партнерами та ключовими зацікавленими сторонами, партнерами та державними органами.
  
  
  Щоб бути успішним, Вам необхідно  мати:
• Ступінь з комп’ютерних наук/інформаційних технологій або еквівалент.
• Досвід роботи на аналогічній посаді не менше 3 років
• Експерименти з цифровими і технологіями рішеннями для програмування та сучасними знаннями технології для розробки прикладів
• Опит роботи з користувачами в проєктах.

Save the Children International is the humanitarian organization with more than 100 years of history. Save the Children was founded in May 1919 in London.

SCI has been working in Ukraine since 2014. The Organization started its work in the territory of the Donetsk region. Currently, SCI is expanding its activities to eight cities of Ukraine, and Kharkiv is one of them.

We work in the directions of education, child protection, overcoming child poverty, health care, and also we have advocacy activities related to the protection of children's rights.

The role of the Education Assistant is to leverage new and existing technologies available to strengthen and innovate programming in all sectors, working closely with the program technical advisors and managers and the staff at the Digital Learning Centres.  

Main responsibilities:

• Support the timely implementation of Digital Learning Centres (DLCs) ensuring that services are delivered on time, on budget and in compliance with donor regulations. Works closely with a Save the Children regional education team and local implementation partners to support the rollout of Digital Learning Centres. 

• Ensure the EdTech education program component is designed and implemented in ways responsive to communities, partners, and children in line with SC’s principles, values and strategic plan and compliant with SC’s procedures. 

• Work with the Education PM and Coordinator teams in the respective field offices, building their capacity in project management of EdTech centres and programmes 

• Support Area Office team in monitoring program progress against programmatic and budgetary targets and collaborate with the Technical Advisors and Program Manager to advise on adjustments to program design as necessary.

 To be successful, you need to have:

• A degree in Computing Sciences/ Information Technology or equivalent.  

• Minimum 3 years work experience in a similar role 

• Experience with digital and technology solutions for programming and up-to-date knowledge of the technology for development approaches 

• Experience working with users and other stakeholders in technology projects to translate their needs and goals for the technology use into clear, actionable technical requirements for system design, selection, and implementation.  

• Ability and willingness to dramatically change work practices and hours and work with diverse community beneficiaries 

• Commitment to and understanding of Save the Children International’s aims, values and principles
