Координатор з питань індивідуальної підтримки бенефіціарів/Case management coordinator

SCI працює в Україні з 2014. Починала свою роботу на території Донецької області. В теперішній час SCI розширює свою діяльність на вісім міст України, і Дніпро є одним із них. 

Ми працюємо в напрямках освіти, захисту дітей, подолання дитячої бідності, охорони здоров’я, а також проводимо адвокаційну діяльність, пов’язану із захистом прав дітей.

Основні обов’язки:

• Як член Команди захисту дітей та під безпосереднім керівництвом менеджера програми захисту дітей (та загального керівництва технічного радника з питань захисту дітей), координатор з управління справами захисту дітей зосередиться в першу чергу на управлінні фахівцями з управління справами та забезпечуватиме технічний нагляд за польовою командою.
• Координатор керуватиме впровадженням заходів з управління випадками, альтернативним доглядом, проведенням тренінгів для команди, а також для прийомних сімей та незалежних менторів. 
• У співпраці з MEAL департаментом та за підтримки старшого менеджера  сприяти участі та зворотному зв'язку дітей та сімей

 Щоб бути успішним, Вам необхідно  мати:

• Ступінь бакалавра в галузі соціальної роботи, соціології, психології, права або іншої відповідної галузі.
• Досвід та / або відмінне розуміння прав дитини, захисту дітей у надзвичайних ситуаціях, психосоціальної підтримки, розвитку дітей та молоді, стійкості та розширення прав і можливостей дітей та молоді.
• Досвід захисту дітей та/або роботи з вразливими сім'ями, опікунами, громадами та окремими особами.
• Сильні навички міжособистісного спілкування, а також здатність підтримувати стосунки з урядовцями, лідерами громад, дітьми та молоддю.
• Досвід в управлінні проектами, включаючи контроль персоналу, навчання-розвиток бажано
• Хороший рівень англійської письмової та розмовної.
• Володіння комп'ютером, включаючи Microsoft Office та Excel.

Save the Children International is the humanitarian organization with more than 100 years of history. Save the Children was founded in May 1919 in London.

SCI has been working in Ukraine since 2014. The Organization started its work in the territory of the Donetsk region. Currently, SCI is expanding its activities to eight cities of Ukraine, and Dnipro is one of them.

We work in the directions of education, child protection, overcoming child poverty, health care, and also we have advocacy activities related to the protection of children's rights.

Main responsibilities 

• As a member of the Child Protection Team, and under the direct supervision of the Child Protection Program Manager (and overall guidance of the Child Protection Technical Advisor) the Child Protection Case Management Coordinator will focus primarily on managing the Case Management Officers, and provide technical supervision to the field team. 
• The CM Coordinator will lead the implementation of case management activities, alternative care, provision of training to the CM team as well as to foster families and independent living mentors. 
• In collaboration with the MEAL department and with support of the Senior CP Manager, facilitate the participation and feedback of children and families assisted through case management and alternative care activities. 

To be successful, you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, psychology, law or other relevant field.
• Experience and/or excellent understanding of child rights, child protection in emergencies, case management, alternative care, psychosocial support, child and youth development, child and youth resilience and empowerment.  
• Experience in child protection and/ or working with vulnerable families, caregivers, communities and individuals. 
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and capacity to maintain relations with government officials, community leaders, children and youth. 
• Experience in managing projects, including supervision of staff, training-development desirable
• Good level of English written and spoken.  
• Proficiency in computer use including Microsoft Office and excel.
