Supply Chain Energy Buyer

 CEMARK is searching for a Supply Chain Energy Buyer who will take a lead of suppliers` evaluation, contracts` negotiation, and products quality review in CEMARK. The Energy buyer will manage Energy category procurement activities for entire P2P process. 

The successful candidate will:

- Implement EMAT & Cluster energy strategy at the OpCo/Country level.
- Measure & manage performance, including collecting and presenting data for benchmarking. 
- Develop & manage relationships with key energy suppliers according to category strategies.
- Monitor and analyze supply markets, anticipate changes, & drive subsequent energy procurement.
- Evaluate terms, contracts & suppliers to facilitate final supplier-based decisions with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure the best cost & quality products are purchased in a time efficient manner. 

Requirements:

- Good knowledge of the Ukrainian energy market.
- Procurement background.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- English level B1 min, level B2 desirable (verbal and written).
- Good communication skills in a cross-functional environment.
