Junior Business Executive - Finance

In terms of this role you will work directly with Finance director CRH Ukraine and other managers to help implement company strategy and plans, learn key aspects of the business and contribute to various projects to develop a 360 view of the business areas with a prospect of entering a more specific role in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Following-up the current projects and activities.
• Preparing presentations on finance activities, data analysis.
• Identifying areas for process improvement within the company and suggesting potential solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 
• Developing a thorough knowledge of the business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required in finance, accounting, or a similar field;
• Financial Analysis skills;
• Motivation and willingness to learn;
• Attention to detail;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• English B2+ (both written and verbal);
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
