Senior Lawyer

CEMARK (a CRH company) is seeking for a Senior Lawyer who will provide legal support of Company’s day-to-day business activity as well as participation in special projects and/or ad-hoc legal matters.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Legal advising of Stakeholders on various legal issues arisen in the course of Company’s business activity (Commercial, Labour, Corporate, etc.).
- Contractual work: negotiation and development of agreements of various types incl. foreign economic contracts.
- Internal policies & guidelines development.
- Marketing activities & advertising campaigns legal support, assistance in IP issues.
- M&A projects legal support.
- Corporate governance & corporate matters support.
- Participation in Competition issues legal support.
- Participation in litigation.

Requirements:

- Higher legal education (Master’s degree in Law).
- Deep knowledge of Commercial, Corporate, Labour, IP, Competition & Anti-trust Law.
- 3 years of legal experience as in-house lawyer.
- Experience of work in international company.
- Good understanding of business processes.
- Excellent communication & negotiation & drafting skills.
- Good business English level.
