Middle UX/UI Designer

We are looking for Middle UI/UX designers who will join our Media&Entertainment design team.

The specialist should be able to understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements to create an intuitive user-centered design solution. We are working on many complex and interesting projects, mainly B2C/B2B/SaaS. We design UX for web and mobile applications, serving clients mainly in Media&Entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with specialists from different departments, cooperating with technical and other teams in order to create best-in-class software
• Have perfect reporting skills to be able to create flows, mindmaps, wireframes, prototypes, and illustrations for UI — under the supervision of a Senior designer, and have daily communication with the internal tech team as well as regular demos with the clients
• Design implementation validation
• Creation and support of design libraries

Requirements

• 1 year of commercial experience
• Neat UI/UX Portfolio (at least 2 full cases with design methods applied)
• Good understanding of all stages of the HCD process, participating in selected stages
• Knowledge of Material Design/HIG principles
• Solid visual design knowledge (composition, consistency, modular grids, trends and styles) 
• Proficiency in graphic editing tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe products, and others)
• Excellent understanding of typography, ability to work with text
• Being able to independently solve minor tasks (get the information needed from the internet, team members or other stakeholders)
• Attention to detail (indents, deadlines)
• Remote work and teamwork experience
• Being able to receive (not always positive) feedback
• Good written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Understanding of the principles and stages of IT product development
• Experience in communicating directly with customers
• Knowledge of responsive design principles
• Drawing skills
• Animation skills
