Data Engineer with InterSystems Cache, Investment Management Solution

Must have

• Proven track record of developing with Cache Objects/ SQL and a good understanding of object-oriented design principles
• An expert-level user of the Cache Objectscript programming language
• Understanding the principles of working with data, experience with Cache Data Storage, Cache Objects, Cache SQL, and Cache Server Pages
• Database administration experience (database deployment, fault tolerance, data replication)
• Experience in using Cache tools for integration with other systems and databases (Oracle, MySQL, etc.)
• Experience with Cache Security (roles, policies, etc.)
• Good spoken English

Would be a plus

• InterSystems certification
• Strong SQL skills and experience in database performance tuning
• Skills in automated unit testing
• XML/JSON and web services (Soap/REST)
• Knowledge of Java or Python
• Skills with change management tools (Deltanji)
• Intersystems DeepSee/BI/OLAP/MDX
• Skills working with JavaScript-based frameworks (e.g. Sencha Ext JS)
• Skills working with data visualization
