Business System Analyst, Investment Management Solutions

The client is a global asset, investment, and financial product management company operating across the United States and in over 40 other countries. 

DataArt engages with the customer by working with different teams and areas from Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering, and Data Architecture. The team collaborates with the credit research history and investment teams to collect and analyze requirements. 

Responsibilities

• Operate business process reviews and workflow changes;
• Manage expectations and provide transparency on risks, dependencies, and issues;
• Build process flows and conduct gap analysis for the current and future state;
• Support business requirement gathering and data quality efforts through data evaluating;
• Document business requirements and functional and technical specifications.

Requirements 

• Knowledge of business analysis concepts and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies;
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis;
• Experience in different Fixed Income instruments;
• Knowledge of data governance and the ability to establish high data quality throughout the data lifecycle;
• Experience with SQL;
• Experience with Business Intelligence Reporting tools;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work in multitasking and a high-pressure environment Exceptional organizational and administrative skills;
• Experience with ALM tools (Jira, Confluence);
• Solid communicational skills both in business and technical terms;
• Spoken English.

Nice to have 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or a related field;
• Python experience is a plus;
• Experience with Business Intelligence Reporting tools and understanding of relational database models.
