HR Generalist

DataArt is a global software engineering firm. More than 4000 of our specialists are working in eleven countries. Sales offices of the company are located in the US, UK, Germany, Switzerland, and UAE.

The development centers are located in Argentina, Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Bulgaria, and Armenia. Dozens of our colleagues work remotely. At the same time, we remain a very integrated team. We are waiting for resumes from specialists with relevant experience, who are able to quickly master the company’s internal IT systems. The chosen applicant will need to be prepared for large amounts of communication via email and Skype.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR-focused expertise
• Analyze external and internal trends and benchmarks to develop the best HR solutions
• Collaboration with local IT communities and universities, brand promotion on the labor market
• Participation in the onboarding program
• Monitoring and analysis of the labor market
  
  

Must have

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Able to search for and process candidates
• Experience in onboarding and other HR processes
• Extensive local IT community network
• Proven leadership skills, can teach and mentor a team
• Self-management skills
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive
