Configuration Manager, Online Gaming Platform

Our client is the world leader in online gaming services. Their business is developing in several directions, most prominent ones are a betting exchange and online games (casino, poker, bingo). The betting center and the bookmaker run on their own software. The company's web services have mobile versions and native applications for iOS and Android and are used by more than two million players from 50 countries.

DataArt’s specialists are helping to develop new services and support existing ones. We have already created a client terminal: users, logged in the totalizer, can bet and track profits and losses.

We hire people not to a project, but to the company. If the project (or your work in it) is over, you go to another project or to a paid “Idle”.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support as part of the day to day activity for all virtual and physical server infrastructure
• Ensure corporate IT services are highly available and secure by proactively conducting performance analysis, monitoring, capacity planning, security enforcement and disaster recovery
• Work to a high standard of service management, with an emphasis on customer service, documentation and availability
• Proactively maintain the infrastructure to prevent failures/issues and improve performance, availability and resilience
• Liaise closely with other teams in the Workplace Technologies group during service deployment and handover into support
• Support team members and mentor junior team members across all technologies

Must have

• 4+ years of experience in system administration and configuration
• Knowledge and experience working with Windows server (2019+)
• Good understanding of Office 365 services and hybrid environments, including email systems
• Experience designing and maintaining complex domains deployments with and DNS services
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. bash or Powershell)
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies and networking concepts
• Knowledge of structured databases and application/web servers
• Good spoken and written English
